Unreliable connection for IAM-T2

Describe the bug
Connection is very unreliable for IAM-T2. Wondering if it has something to do that can be fixed with the integration? Turning the device off and then back on again seems to always receive one value but after that it is very unreliable even if the Inkbird IAM-T2 is placed literally next to the Bluetooth receiver.

To Reproduce
Add Inkbird integration. Power on IAM-T2. Add IAM-T2 as a device into Home Assistant. From now on there is a spotty connection.

Unreliable connection was solved by changing sampling interval from 10 to 5 minutes in the INKBIRD mobile app. Been reliable ever since 🫡

Unfortunately that did not solve it. Worked great for a couple about 30 hours but now back to unreliable. INKBIRD app next to my Bluetooth receiver works flawlessly so not sure there is any problem with signal. Any ideas?
