ITH-11B: filter clearly wrong reads received from device

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In my Home Assistant setup, I'm observing that my ITH-11-B devices are reporting several times a week clearly wrong humidity values (over 6000% of humidity). When this value is read, the corresponding temperature value seems to be 0ºC.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be really nice to add a filter feature, so these clearly wrong values don't get imported, spoiling the corresponding historical data series.

Are you suggesting a user based filter or a global filter that catches erroneous values?

Most probably it would be better having a global filter that ignores erroneous values like the ones I'm describing. A humidity over 100% is clearly wrong!
