Add set_datetime service for TP358S

I got a TP358S which is a revision of the base TP358 model which is already fully supported, including the set_datetiem parameter.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like a parameter to change the time of my TP358S just as you can with TP358.

Additional context
Hard to find much documentation online, must be a newer model. Shows up as "TP358S" on official ThermoPro app and works the same as base TP358 but has extra date/time features at the bottom and maybe longer Bluetooth range (80m/260ft).
