Just wondering if there are any plans to address its remaining issues reported.

Hello. No plans for now to continue further development, unless @dmitriy-sych is ready to proceed. At the moment the driver was created the main repo was dead, however right now it seems more than alive, so maybe it would make sense to switch back to https://github.com/ClickHouse/clickhouse-java
