How to Run and Generate GEFS/NAEFS Web Products

clone the whole package from develop branch of git@github.com:BoCui-NOAA/GEFS_WebProduct.git

git clone git@github.com:BoCui-NOAA/GEFS_WebProduct.git
cd GEFS_WebProduct
mv ccpa    /lfs/h2/emc/vpppg/save/$LOGNAME
mv cqpf    /lfs/h2/emc/vpppg/save/$LOGNAME
mv garch   /lfs/h2/emc/vpppg/save/$LOGNAME
mv run_web /lfs/h2/emc/vpppg/save/$LOGNAME

# run script job_link, so sub-directories in garch are linked to the dir in /lfs/h2/emc/vpppg/save/$LOGNAME

cd /lfs/h2/emc/vpppg/save/$LOGNAME/garch
job_link

cd /lfs/h2/emc/vpppg/save/$LOGNAME/run_web

# Run the 3 jobs to generate GEFS web products

CCPA_archive_cactus
test_cactus
GARCH_cactus

# Note 1: there are 4 directories generated on /lfs/h2/emc/vpppg/noscrub/$LOGNAME

# Note 2: The following files and directories will be generated on emcrzdm account

CCPA_archive_cactus:  CCPA.html CCPA_prod.html ccpa
GARCH_cactus:         html_pqpf  html/opr pqpf_6h  pqpf  mmap js (need allow.cfg and index.php)
test_cactus:          GEFS_VRFY cpqpf_6h cpqpf_24h
