Added optional semanticClassDefs project configuration for injecting shared Mermaid classDef presets when diagrams reference semantic class names.

Fixed Astro-rendered Mermaid diagrams not appearing when a widget is inserted or an area is refreshed via ApostropheCMS's in-context editor. The editor updates the DOM with element.innerHTML = ..., and browsers never execute <script> tags inserted that way, so the widget's previous inline render script silently never ran outside of a full page load.

Added an @bodonkey/mermaid-extension/astro/integration Astro integration that injects the diagram render script once into every page's normal script bundle, instead of inline in widget markup. Register it in astro.config.mjs.
Added astro/mermaid-init.client.js, the shared render module used by the new integration (rendering, apos.bus 'refreshed'/'modal-opened' listeners, and a MutationObserver fallback).

Breaking (Astro projects only): MermaidWidget.astro no longer includes an inline <script>. Existing Astro projects must add the new integration to astro.config.mjs, or diagrams will stop rendering. See the README's Astro setup section.

Existing saved widgets continue to render. Projects with CSS that targets the old direct wrapper shape, such as [data-mermaid-widget] > .mermaid, may need to update selectors for the new figure/canvas markup.
