Rename the repository name and hosted page URL

Problem

Folowing the renamming of the tool in #129 , I would like to rename the git repository itself.

Solution

Rename the github repository to green-it-tools-landscape

Despite the full name of project is Boavizta Green IT tools landscape, I suggest to not use Boavizta in the repository name (because it is already under Boavizta organization in github).

Consequences:

Repo URL will change:

• from: https://github.com/Boavizta/ict-sustainability-tools
• to: https://github.com/Boavizta/green-it-tools-landscape

Site URL will of the widget will change

• from: https://boavizta.github.io/ict-sustainability-tools
• to: https://boavizta.github.io/green-it-tools-landscape

We need to update the links to the data files (in the widget config) to point to the new repo.

Regarding the repository itself, github should redirect automatically for a time.

Alternatives

Create a new separate repository (but it makes it more complicated to transfer the issues).
