Add data validation for other fields

Problem

Some fields are not yet cover by the data validation mechanism (specifically the fields that can be multivalued) and some other lists like the license type.

Solution

Add validation constraints for these fields.

Validation of complex fields (like multi valued fields) require to provide regexps.
