GUI frozen

Hi @jwindhager ,

I was just exploring this napari plugin and when starting it, I noticed that all buttons / text fields etc are frozen. E.g. I cannot enter width/height and create a new ROI. I'm wondering what might be wrong:

I think the plugin could be very useful, but I'm wondering how to use it. Is there maybe somewhere a more detailed user guide available?

Hi @haesleinhuepf, thanks for reaching out! The ROI plugin operates on shapes layers, and is only active for those. Obviously, this should've been mentioned in the README, thanks for the pointer! Please do not hesitate to reach out with further questions!
