Tft touch button support for img as button.

Good day recently i got a 4" touch screen using the xpt2046 touch chip i also managed to configure the keypad example to create a few buttons, however i was wondering instead of adding text to the buttons is it possible to load images that are stored in flash array and if so can you maby give example. At this point i have loadet each image and placed them ontop of button, i dont think that is the right way hence me asking. Thank you and enjoy the day.
