Update sequence-to-molecule CLI tool name?

I would like to suggest a name change from
run_pyPept
to
pyPept-sequence-to-molecule .

This would align it with the new "pyPept-BILN-validate" CLI tool, which clearly reflects its purpose.
Though BILN-to-molecule conversion is the main application, it is possible to convert HELM and FASTA, and so "sequence-to-molecule" seems more accurate.

Then, a user in a shell can type pyPept, hit their tab key, and see pyPept-related commands all at once (if their shell supports auto-completion and suggestion).

Any other opinions?
