Conflict with multiple options selected

Does not return only microarray samples when same organism filter selected:

Combine the filters with AND (or similar logic)...

and also hide the related organism/seqtype checkboxes when same organism/seqtype selected

Looks like "Combine the filters with AND (or similar logic)..." has been addressed.
