update for 2023 protocol

When? We are using wpilib 2023 open beta, would like to try this out.

Likely some time around kickoff. I have to fix the other problems with the program first (see #18 or #19 or #20 - all the same problem).

However, the driver station is tied to the version of the RoboRIO image you are using, not the WPILib install. You should be able to use the 2022 version still, until a new "game tools" is released (here: https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/downloads/drivers/download.frc-game-tools.html).

I've fixed the issues above, though I do not have access to a robot at the moment. Continue to use the 2022 protocol, which should work. Please report any errors you find as new issues.

the .jar file is now invalid? keep getting an error when trying to access the build.
if possible could you open a new branch and post this release there?
