What happened?

Keep geting error when trying to install and will not go pat this point. Really new at this so generally don't understand what's going on if somone coule explain it to me like I'm 5.

Description

Tries to uninstall and reinstall and poke around the forums for answers but can't seem to figure it out. Any help is greatly appreciated.
