Add New button in index pages of clients, projects, tasks, leads, users

Hello Contributors,

For easy accessibility, can we please have a Add New button in the index pages of all resources like clients, projects, tasks and the rest. This will ease the burden of having to go to the sidebar before I can create a new resource. I have attached a picture of what I mean in this issue.
