SPM: Have Swift Package Manager-dedicated repo #41

Describe the feature
The branch iOS SDK repo is about 740MB+ downloaded to my host. This means our builds take extra seconds downloading or caching the Branch SDK. Would you please create a smaller, more focused SPM-dedicated repository so that clients can have faster builds?
Looking at my local repo caches, Branch is the largest SPM dependency our app has, and it costs us about 740MB of cache/download bandwidth.
