Replace errm/cheese with a arm64 example for Ingress

The errm/cheese images for Ingress examples is only built for amd64.

• Create a GitHub and Docker Hub repo for bretfisher/cheese and replicate the errm behavior.
• Update slides.kubernetesmastery.com
• Add a workaround lecture in Kubernetes mastery before Creating Ingress Resources
• Update Creating Ingress Resources video with new image names.
