Support for color-picking is broken

It looks like there was support for picking at one time, but it's not currently 
working (maybe the move to Ardor3D broke it?). See my clone (see 
https://code.google.com/r/aaronnovstrup-jaxb-collada/source/detail?r=7840e6f30e8
ff77b4c372c2e272c6ee1dc349adc) for a possible fix, although there may be a 
better solution.

It turns out my first pass didn't work, since Ardor overrides the global 
texture/lighting setting when rendering the mesh. A fix is here:
