Automatically manage a MacOS SDK #17
Description
As Pyaket now links directly against uv, cross compiling to macOS needs setting a SDK path, per cargo-zigbuild docs (for things like liblzma, sys-info, etc.). For a better user experience, the python code should automatically download, extract, and use an sdk.
