Recipes need updating

The [server Recipe](https://github.com/BrowserSync/recipes/tree/master/recipes/server) uses the `files` option instead of the the `watch` options. Perhaps there is some reason for this, but I'm guessing that the Recipes do not reflect the current recommendations. For the sake of clarity and consistency It would be great if the Recipes could be updated with the best practices.
