Nvidia RTX Video Super Resolution (VSR) Implementation

Hi there,

first of all I really like Waterfox, thanks for this great project.
I looked around for a bit and couldn´t see that an implementation of VSR was ever considered anywhere yet, so I wanted to ask if there is any incentive to add it to Waterfox. I really like to use that feature as it looks great. As far as I know it works reliably in Firefox now, even though it was originally made for chromium-based browsers. Because Waterfox is a fork of Firefox it shouldn´t be too difficult to implement it here too or am I wrong? In fact it already kind of works on my machine by default but breaks after some short time mostly. I guess it has to do with changes in the render pipeline when for example the codec or an overlay changes and the Nvidia driver looses its hook somehow. I would be really glad if this feature could be implemented or at least a reliable DIY fix provided, as it is pretty much the only downside in using Waterfox for me right now. Thanks.
