Add hopper scan option in rf - t embed cc1101

Add Hopper scan option in t embed as a special feature. It comes with an sdcard slot so i hope it can save rf signals in real time like 🐬

Its a very cool feature integrated to the Flipper... When you scan for RF you can enter what frequency you want to scan , that we already have in Bruce.. BUT you can also choose to do a HOPPER, it simply means that it will scan your stored RF frequencies quickly,it does hopp between them , f.ex if you find 6 different frequencies then you can store them in RF meny - Then when you put hopper on it will scan all your stored frequencies and not just one frequency or a range..
