opennl build in Debian

Hello. I just tried to build geogram 1.9.7 for debian, and it doesn't work because opennl has been separated, and moved into a submodule. Before I do anything, can I get a sense of the plan going forward? Opennl will be a separate project, maintained separately in a separate git repo, right? Is the intent to use it as a submodule in geogram, or is this a temporary thing until a different method is implemented? Is the opennl repository "done"? If so, I'd want to package it for debian, and ues the packaged build as a dependency for geogram.

As you guessed, we are currently in a transitional state:

Current state:
The geogram 1.9.7 package for Debian should build like 1.9.6, OpenNL is a submodule, but its functions are compiled in the geogram library (just as before). Please tell me if you encounter any problem / if something needs to be changed to make it easier for you. Note: the CMakefiles were updated with your changes to make Debian packaging easier as you suggested, list of changes here, everything (except the soname problem) should work.

Future state:
In geogram 1.9.8 or 1.9.9, OpenNL will be an independent library (then an independent Debian package as you suggest), and OpenNL will have its own CMakeFiles. The repository for OpenNL will be this one (which is the one currently included as a submodule).
