add tests for Dolby Vision Profile 7 hvcE preservation

A new feature has been released in FFmpeg, but I believe it is still being tested.
I would like to know if you could add it, or if not right now, do you have any plans to add it in the future?

dvcC and hvcE BlockAdditionMapping/box across MP4 and Matroska.

I apologize, but this is not really a question.

It is simply a new feature that has recently appeared in the FFmpeg repository and is still under development. I would just like to see it added to your builds in the future.

As far as I know, your builds may not yet include some of the Dolby Vision codec metadata layers for MP4 and MKV video formats. I am specifically interested in the Dolby Vision Profile 7 HEVC support that was recently added to the FFmpeg GitHub repository.

I believe this could provide improved Dolby Vision compatibility and potentially better video playback quality across supported devices.

It has zero external dependencies, for all I can tell, i.e. is native code inside of FFmpeg, so there is nothing to do.
The whole point of the builds here is to build HEAD of master and select release branches every day.
So there is no need to actively pick individual commits. If they're included upstream, the next build will have them.
