customising blocks inside a side panel

I am running bb-selfhost-docker-budibase_db.

I would like to customise the height of any form block within a side panel. I have been unable to find a good way of doing this, even when using embeds. Ideally I want a way to customise blocks at runtime, but this is not possible right now.

Does anyone have a good way or can share a code snippet which would allow me to define the size of, for example, the Options block.
