Form doesn't save

Hi, I am a beginner, trying to make a simple form working for the last 3 hours.. Maybe it's just me. Anyway, let's get to the point, the form now looks fine, when filled it gives green flag "Row saved". Then I go to data but there's no new rows?! I am very confused. I attach a couple of screenshots.

Hey @uniartfestival - could you show us some details of your save action?

Also, you might find that a Form Block does a lot of what you're trying to do, straight out of the box.

not getting any issues when publishing... Apart that I gat a strange view when I open with Firefox, that is instead working on Edge (but this looks even a different problem.....)

P.s.: I Started from the Form Block and adapted a little.

Based on the screenshots you provided, one is showing /information and the other is showing /information#/information-request. This seems to be working as intended.
