Production table attachments are not included in the backup

Describe the bug
Whenever I do a backup of an internal Budibase DB table, the attachments are not saved/restored for Prod. They are restored for Dev but I imagine this is not as important!

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an app with an internal DB table that has a single attachment field
2. Upload a file to prod
3. Create a manual backup/publish to auto gen a backup
4. Delete the attachment in the prod table
5. Restore the backup - see that the attachments have not been restored.

Expected behavior
Attachments for production tables should be saved/restored for backups.
