Lazy load /builders page

It takes a lot to load since we are loading everything into memory (lol, my fault.. it was ok when we had < 1k builders).

Maybe we could just load the first page (sorted by activity).

The change might not be trivial, since we'll need to tweak the logic for the table sorting & pagination.
