Create a high-level CSV export for grants, focusing on financial summaries, we can place it next to the current markdown export in /admin:

• "Export All Grants to MD"
• "Export All Grants to CSV"

Logic

• Amount Paid:
  • USDC: Sum of paid milestones.
  • ETH: Total amount withdrawn.
• Pending: Amount Granted - Amount Paid.
