Check if user is signed on to Flashbots RPC before proceeding

I am not sure if this is possible but we should see if you can verify that a user is connected to the Flashbots RPC instead of just mainnet. If we can reliably check that for both the hacked wallet and funding wallet then we should not let the user proceed to the signing step until that is true.

We could check that the Flashbots RPC is actually in use by checking that the users balance is exactly 100 ETH and a secondary check to make sure they are using a new bundle id would be to query the bundle (like we do before sending the backend request to send a bundle) and guarantee it returns an empty array.
