Remove all import extensions in @buildcanada/charts, bump to v0.3.6

Next.js/webpack doesn't support explicit .ts/.tsx extensions in imports.
Remove all extensions to use extensionless imports which work with
bundlers (webpack, vite, etc.) and TypeScript's moduleResolution.
