fortron texture missing

the fortron fluid texture shows up as a missing texture everywhere

Can you please list the mods you're using? Particularly the WAILA variant

jade 11.13.2, the items are from forestry ce and mekanism. i tried setting the texture for fortron with a resourcepack and that also did not work..
