Biometric Identifier not working correctly with Interdiction Matrix #117

Modpack: FTB Evolution 1.26.1
MFFS Version: 5.4.25

Setup Description: I have an Interdiction matrix set with a confiscation module filtered to ban "minecraft:written_book" aka a signed book and quill on frequency 1, with a minecraft barrel next to it as a storage. Next to the interdiction matrix is a biometric identified with a Identification card linked to my player set in the master slot, also on frequency 1.

Expected behavior: The confiscation module should remove written books from all players except for myself.

Observed behavior: While the biometric identifier is set, written books are not taken from any players inventory. Even completely turning off the biometric identifier (machine will be red) does not allow for books to be confiscated. If I change the frequency of the Bio Identifier to something different than the interdiction matrix, then books will be confiscated from everyone. If I completely break the Bio identifier, books will be confiscated from everyone as well. What ends up happening with the biometric identifier placed in the world on the same frequency, regardless of if it is turned on or off, it will completely stop the confiscation module from working. Only breaking the biometric identifier, or changing its frequency to a different number than the interdiction matrix will allow the confiscation module to function. And in no scenario was I able to get the biometric identifier working where it does not confiscate books from me, but does from other players.

Strange part is, everything was working perfectly earlier in the day, and then this issue started happening.
