When an operator logo is on hover some useful information shows up on the top left, but when I highlight the operator by double-clicking it, no additional info is shown.
What I'm aiming for here is to reproduce the same behavior from hovering to highlighting the operator.
Note: while an operator is highlighted, if I hover in another operator it's information will show below the highlighted one.
