RootNewMacros.cmake not necessary anymore

In BayeuxDependencies.cmake is requested RootNewMacros but this is now deprecated, as per

https://github.com/root-project/root/blob/master/cmake/modules/RootNewMacros.cmake

so the build does not work with any other more recent ROOT version.

Can you be more precise ? From which version should we remove this material and what documentation/release note tells more about it. We need to know to set special checks within Bayeux's CMake script.
