[Dashboard] Create one endpoint for `/articles` with proper status

Either we reuse the current endpoint articles (but if it is used by the front-end we have a risk of crashing down the front), either we do a new endpoint where the status key is populated by the github API.

• For the ARCHIVED status we should base our data on the DOI (eg. https://chooser.crossref.org/?doi=10.1515%2Fjdh-2024-0001 you have an example). Maybe done by a celery task ? Should be investigated by @eliselavy

• For the SOCIAL_MEDIA_REVIEW status, we should base our data maybe on the Bluesky API and Facebook API (we release social campaign only on both network). Should be investigated by @memerchik → as soon as @biumiamy will generate the tweet.md which will be sent to the author to be validated. The social media campaign cover add still to be added manually (maybe check if we cannot automatize ?)

Copyediting

1. Trigger from the dashboard for this action
2. Run the github action pandoc.yml -> create the docx document [@eliselavy]
3. Modal with the github link of the docx to sent an email with the link to Andy + link of the preview (some API endpoint should give it back) + copy of the email to jdh.admin [@eliselavy] [@salaun-marion]. The email should be customisable (sometimes Andy does not need to look at all the pages for instance)

Social Media

• api integration done ✅
• back-end : need to have just a social_media step and maybe a STATUS model for recording the change of step ?
• front-end : needs to have a modal for scheduling and checking link (repo_url and article_link) + confirmation modal
