[Dashboard] Being able to change abstract status from detail page

We should be able to update Abstract status from the Detail page with the modal appearing to send the message to the authors.

The status icon should be clickable. It should be a button which should use the dropdown.

We will do a simple dropdown on detail page to switch the status. We will do a modal for more complex cases if it is needed.
