[Dashboard] KPI - redesign Abstracts tile

• Abstract tile currently unreadable

• need to redesign

I think the best and fastest for the moment:

• place it in the next line
• enough space to show more text
• place other info / tiles in the old space when we have more (website data or whatever..)

Maybe also to re-think where the validation takes place, as from the abstract detail view , need to go to the asbtract list, select the status submitted and made the validation or not
