update /_data/documents.yaml

In the page "What is digital source criticism", I detected 6 links that do not function (out of a total of 19 links). 2 of them are also in the page: /about-platform/

I will suggest to depublish these pages- or to update their content, as a result of which the bibliography that is provided should be removed anyways. However, I open the issue because the titles are included in /_data/documents.yaml
We shall have to remove these titles from the file anyway. But I would like us to discuss about the file in our upcoming meeting for redesigning certains parts of the website (because I have several questions about this).

A. Fickers is assigned to work on the elaboration of a new short text for this page that should be ready by the 15th June. The contents of the current page will be removed. So the only real issue remaining here is how to update the _data/documents.yaml
