compare screened false mismatches due to change in source station id

compare screened shows some mismatches due to change in number of zeros after station id for some ncro stations.

E.g.
ncro_bac_b9525000_ec_1985.csv is in the newer screened directory
and
ncro_bac_b95250_ec_1985.csv is in the older (repo) screened directory.

The mismatch is in b95250 having two extra 00s at the end of the 3rd field

Another one is
ncro_bdt_b95740_temp_1989.csv in the new one and ncro_bdt_b95740q_temp_1989.csv in the old one
There is a 'q' at the end of the station id
