ICDC - Update Filter Configuration And Enhance Filter Performance

1. Update Filter Configuration to set different attribute to display the label in Checkbox. By default Bento filter component requires ' group' to display the label and 'subjects' to display the number in Filter Component. With configuration update, 'group' and 'subjects' can be changed to different attribute, for instant ICDC uses different attribute 'count' to display the number. This configuration enables to set different attribute for label and numbers.

2. The filter is optimize to render only expanded filter value component. This will increase the performance of the Bento-app in case when number of filter values are over 300 like ICDC.
