Allow user to choose symbols and footprints for passives like C,R, Ds

Hi,

i appreciate a lot the work that has gone into this. One reason I use KiCAD over EasyEDA is that i don't like the look and the structure of the symbols and footprints.
The symbols are bulky and edgy and the footprints don't have dedicated silkscreen, fab and courtyard lines, it's all one.

So I would like to see an option to select if the user wants to use the KiCAD symbols and footprints. At least for

• resistors - choose between R and R_small
• capacitors - choose between C and C_small
• diodes - choose between D(_schottky) and D(shottky)_small

Same for Footprints.. maybe choose between standard or handsolder options
