Describe the problem

MWDB treats first file name as the main one that is further propagated to the systems. But sometimes it's not the best one:

Trusted analyst should be able to update File details and change another main variant from alternative file names.

Describe the solution you'd like

• The easiest one is to add another flag to the upload options. If it's set and upload file name doesn't match with current "File name" one - it replaces it with the name from the upload, adding previous one to "Variant file names" list.
• Flag should be respected only if user has appropriate capability to make such overrides.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Another, maybe better alternative, would be an API endpoint that allows to make overrides on main attributes.
• Even better to have it somehow exposed in the UI (e.g. via "switch file name" button next to the file name variant)
