Unit in Dynamics.R

In Dynamics.R , unit is defined in J as AddGlobal(name="KineticEnergy",comment='Measure of kinetic energy', unit="J")
but in .xml file i take the unit of velocity in lattice unit so in .csv file which will come from global using Log in .xml, we will get unit of Kinetic energy in J or lattice unit?
