TCLB-LIGGGHTS particle insertion

When inserting a particle after a certain amount of timesteps, i.e. allowing the LBM simulation to first for for n steps before inserting the first particle, the particle does not insert and the DEM simulation hangs.
The LBM simulation appears to continue to run in the output, but neither LIGGGHTS nor TCLB produce any output files past the timestep where the particle is trying to insert.
This issue does not occur if the particle is inserted at t=0.
This occurred previously with ESyS also.

Nah. It's not that, and the change was wrong. I reverted it.
