Resetter previous settings not saved in blend file

All of the settings that are saved and reset with RFCore.resetter are forgotten when loading a file that was saved when RF was active.

For example:

• Do some work in RetopoFlow
• Save the file while using one of the tools
• Even in the same Blender instance, load the file
• Switch out of the tool
• All of the snapping and overlay settings are stuck on the RF settings

I think the previous settings need to be saved to the scene itself in order to be remembered between files.

i tried a couple of different ways to handle this. the best solution i found (so far) is to switch away from RF right before the .blend file is saved, then switch back.

the artist will see a quick toggle of settings when saving (might be distracting in autosave), but then the .blend file is saved with the original settings. however, this also changes the select tool to be active rather than the rftool. so, i store which rftool was selected in a StringProperty on the scene. when loading, if that property has a value, RF will switch to that tool.

This works great! We will see if the flicker becomes noticeable during autosave, but it seems so fast that it's not even noticeable. And now that Blender's autosave is a bit smarter and waits until you've finished whatever action you're doing it should be a fine compromise. Storing the tool as a string prop is a nice touch! Smart!

The one weird thing is that it switches the select tool on top to the Tweak tool. I usually use Box Select, so I'd have to change it back. Maybe we could use the Move tool instead, since that one is not part of a group?

Everything works great now! The flicker is only noticeable when doing a Save As or one when the file browser is used, and that seems totally acceptable. Otherwise, it's invisible.
