PolyStrips: Twisted strips

I've found a situation where PolyStrips reliably produces twisted strips:

I'm not really sure what's causing this since the normals and everything else seems to be correct. Which faces it happens on feels fairly random to me. I've attached the same file for testing.

the low-res mesh was rotated, and the logic that determined edge directions was working in mixed spaces. should be fixed now
