Drawing the proportional editing size

When using proportional editing in the RF tools, a circle to indicate its size is drawn. This circle could be improved in a few ways. It should be:

• Drawn around the pivot point rather than the mouse
• Visible even when the mouse is not over a source mesh
• Smoothed out / anti-aliased
• The same color as Blender's proportional editing circle

We should draw it in 2D space as Blender does

@jlampel just to clarify, with 'pivot' you mean the initial/start mouse position (like in Blender's proportional edit circle) or the current handle point position?

2D space sounds good! And I mean the transform pivot point of the selection. I don't think it's related to the mouse at all AFIK.

Take a look at it @jlampel ! This is for the PolyStrip tool, I still have to deal with the grab proportional edit graphic. I'll commit this one for now, let me know if it feels correct or needs any adjustment!

Note: it only supports displaying it in the median point by now, will support more later (at least for grab, as for PolyStrips does not seem to have much sense nor is implemented)

This looks great. Exactly what I was thinking of, thanks!

One difference for the PolyStrips handles vs. regular grab is I guess that it should be centered at the control point, since that is the center of the transformation in this case.
