Diffusiveness in incremental remap versus upwind advection

Both upwind and remapping transport initiate diffusion across steep gradients, leading to nonzero velocities even when there is no forcing in that direction. These diffusive velocities are larger with remap than with upwind, an unexpected result warranting further investigation.
