Skipped failing test needs to be restored or removed

In #158 changes were introduced to the handling of the compound name which lead to a test failure when working with the Airtable "3 base export" of the data request.  In #163 we introduced a skip for this test to allow the release to proceed.

This issue is to look at any further actions to restore that test and correct functionality.
